On May 28, Canada's Governor-General, His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, addressed the NECBC and other business, government and civic leaders at a luncheon at the Copley Plaza Hotel in Boston organized by the Canadian Consulate of Boston. Governor-General Johnston praised Canada and New England's "diplomacy of knowledge."
