On January 18, 2012, the NECBC, with the support of Burns & Levinson, hosted a breakfast meeting in Boston where the featured speakers were the Hon. Raymond Chrétien, former Canadian Ambassador to the U.S., and Partner and Strategic Advisor, Fasken Martineau, and Anne Catherine Drost, Partner, Fasken Martineau.  They addressed the recent "Beyond the Borders" agreement between the U.S. and Canada, and discussed proposed rail transportation links between the Northeast U.S. and Canada.   (Photo by Joey Libby.)
